K12 AI Connect is licensed to schools, districts, and educational organizations. By accessing the platform, users agree to these terms.
Permitted Use
- Educational use only.
- Must be accessed via a valid class code.
- Students must be supervised by a licensed teacher.
- Content must comply with school acceptable use policies.
Prohibited Use
- Attempting to circumvent safety guardrails.
- Using the platform to generate harmful content.
- Sharing class codes with unauthorized users.
- Commercial use without a district license.
AI-Generated Content
Content is produced by artificial intelligence. K12 AI Connect does not guarantee accuracy. Teachers are responsible for reviewing content for appropriateness before use in instruction.
Intellectual Property
Student-generated creative works belong to the student. K12 AI Connect claims no ownership over student creative outputs.
Camp Registration
Fees are subject to the refund policy agreed to at purchase. K12 AI Connect reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. A full refund is issued if we cancel.
Licensing
K12 AI Connect is licensed per organization. Redistribution is prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
K12 AI Connect and K12 Tutor Connect are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
